Duane Morris announced a 9.8% increase in total revenue and an 18.4% increase in profits per partner for 2005. The 600 lawyer firm has enjoyed continued growth and success and plans to hire 400 new attorneys over the next two years. Duane Morris currently has 20 offices throughout the East and West Coasts, as well as one in London.

Dechert has followed the market trend by raising salaries for its Philadelphia office, with first-year associate pay now set at $135,000. This brings to par with Morgan Lewis as the highest-paying firms in the city. Dechert employs 900 attorneys in 18 offices worldwide.
