Top US law firm is looking to hire someone in the 4-5 year range with finance (preferably leveraged finance) experience. The preferred hire would be Hong Kong qualified but Commonwealth-qualified attorneys who are willing to get qualified in Hong Kong will also be competitive. This hire will be expected to advise clients on everything from basic syndicated loans to more complicated LBOs, structured deals, pre-IPO financings and convertible bonds. Mandarin language skills helpful but not mandatory. This firm will pay a successful applicant the same salary that such attorney would be receiving at a magic circle firm.
