Our client is seeking an associate attorney to join its Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of corporate experience. Candidates should have a focused background in M&A, but some capital markets experience is preferred. This is one of the world's leading firms, and they expect candidates with only outstanding academic credentials and a history of employment with other top law firms.
