Davis Polk advised Comcast Corporation on its SEC-registered debt offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.125% notes due 2022 and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.65% notes due 2042. The offering was made through an underwriting syndicate led by BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.
