Shearman & Sterling represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc., Barclays Bank PLC, Suntrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., UBS Securities LLC, RBC Capital Markets and Goldman Sachs Bank USA as arrangers in connection with a $1.62 billion term loan and a $250 million revolving credit facility related to the acquisition of Above Net, Inc. by Zayo Group, LLC.

Sandvik has entered into a five year strategic outsourcing agreement valued at approximately SEK 2 billion with IBM. White & Case Advises Standard Bank on US$550 Million Financing for Heritage Oil Purchase of Nigerian Oil Assets

Global law firm White & Case LLP advised The Standard Bank of South Africa on a US$ 765 million bridge financing and guarantee facility for Shoreline Natural Resources Limited (“SNR”), for its acquisition of a 45 per cent interest in OML 30, a major onshore oil producing block in Nigeria together with a 45% interest in other assets under the joint operating agreement for OML 30, which includes a segment of the Trans Forcados pipeline. SNR is a joint venture between the UK-listed Heritage Oil Plc, and its Nigerian partner Shoreline Power Company Limited.
