Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod (JHKM) is pleased to announce that Ben Feuchter has rejoined the firm’s New Mexico office as a partner. Feuchter, who became a lawyer with the firm upon earning his law degree in 1999, focuses his practice on business law and real estate matters, including both transactional and litigation legal services. He is also experienced in complex and sensitive tort matters and is widely known as a leading attorney in New Mexico’s emerging cannabis industry.
Through the years, Feuchter has become a go-to attorney on myriad legal matters that arise in business and real estate dealings and is commonly sought to advise on non-traditional legal issues. He represents real estate developers, landlords, tenants, builders, investors, national institutions, small businesses and individuals in commercial lease agreements, land development, zoning, the sale of a business, contract and shareholder disputes, corporate governance, and wrongful death claims.
He earned his law degree from the New Mexico School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Mexico. Feuchter has been involved with the University of New Mexico Law School’s alumni association and charitable organizations that serve the state of New Mexico.
