Global law firm Hogan Lovells has today announced the appointment of Tom van Duuren as a partner in the firm’s global M&A practice, based in the Amsterdam office. Tom joins Hogan Lovells from CMS.
He advises both international and national clients on a wide variety of corporate restructurings, joint ventures and related financing arrangements across the automotive, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. He is also qualified as a civil law notary under Dutch law, and handles transactions from start to finish.
