The Amsterdam office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP (GT) has added Ruud van Bork to its notarial practice as a shareholder and civil law notary in the Corporate Practice. Van Bork, formerly senior partner with Loyens & Loeff, started at GT on 19 April 2021.
Today, Greenberg Traurig continues one if its core global and European strategies by announcing the imminent addition of David van Dijk and his team in Amsterdam and London. Van Dijk leads a Dutch Tier 1 Real Estate team and has been the head of the International Real Estate Practice and member of the Supervisory Board of the NautaDutilh firm based in Amsterdam, where he has led a robust practice for many years, in both transactional real estate and disputes involving the asset class.

Daan is a highly respected litigator with over twenty years of experience. He became a partner at NautaDutilh in 2005, after graduating in law from the University of Leiden in 1996.

Dentons has strengthened its Banking and Finance practice in Amsterdam with the recruitment of two new partners, Arno Voerman and Pien Kerckhaert. Their arrival on April 1, 2020 represents yet another high-profile addition to the practice, bolstering the team’s capabilities in FinTech and financial regulation.
Pien Kerckhaert joins from Finnius Advocaten, where she was a counsel. Arno Voerman joins Dentons from Van Doorne, where he co-led the FinTech and Payments team.
