King & Spalding announced today that executive compensation and employee benefits lawyer John Kleinjan has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate practice group. Kleinjan is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Kleinjan joins King & Spalding from Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a partner.
International law firm Clark Hill today announced expansion into the Atlanta market with the addition of eight lawyers from Taylor English Duma LLP effective July 29. For Clark Hill, which has offices in Mexico City, Dublin, and across the U.S., the Atlanta office will be the firm’s 29th location and the second U.S. office addition in 2024, having opened an office in Boulder, Colorado in April.

She arrives with Farid Khosravi. The addition of this team comes just weeks after Akerman expanded its corporate tax and energy tax credit capabilities with partner Heather Preston in Los Angeles.
Jeffrey C. Michaud announced today. Mr. Morgan is resident in the firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Morgan joined Ballard Spahr from Barnes & Thornburg.
