Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs is pleased to announce the addition of partner Naveen Pogula into its global Corporate Practice. He joins the Atlanta office from Thompson Hine, where he was a partner in the Corporate Transactions & Securities Practice and as a member of the Securities, Capital Markets & Corporate Governance team.

Mr. Pogula supports and advises buyers, sellers and investors on structuring and executing mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other business combination transactions. He has extensive experience advising public companies on corporate governance and securities matters with emphasis on compliance with SEC registration and periodic reporting requirements. He also has deep international expertise handling capital markets and financing transactions, including representation of issuers, underwriters and investors.
