Mr. Cohen handles complex commercial disputes across the country, with a focus on representing wealth management and financial services industry participants. He is engaged in securities and fiduciary related compliance, regulatory and contested matters, as well as investigations and enforcement actions initiated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and various state agencies. “Ethan is an impressive attorney with a diverse skill set and solid reputation in the financial services industry,” said John Hogan, the leader of Holland & Knight’s Litigation Section. “His experience not only with securities litigation, but also with fiduciary-related compliance matters, will enhance our practice capabilities both in Atlanta and nationally.”
“In addition to Holland & Knight’s depth and breadth, the firm offers a flexible architecture and is very nimble,” said Mr. Cohen. “I’m excited to join a dynamic office in Atlanta, with Allen Maines and Laurie Webb Daniel present, among many other welcoming professionals, and to be able to integrate into the firm’s international footprint and scope.”
