Holland & Knight announced today that it has significantly expanded its national finance practice with the addition of four partners in Atlanta who represent financial institutions. The team is led by Cindy Brazell and includes Doug Gosden, Chris Dillon and Kendel Drew. Ms. Brazell, Mr. Dillon and Ms. Drew were previously partners and Mr. Gosden was of counsel at Jones Day.
The team has worked together for many years and advises lenders and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and executing complex financing transactions across a number of diverse industries. Their experience handling secured and unsecured credit facilities includes syndicated lending and single bank loans, commercial real estate finance, leveraged cash flow loans, asset-based loans, investment grade loans, acquisition finance and a wide range of other commercial finance transactions.
