Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is pleased to announce that Howard S. Hirsch, a lawyer with over two decades of experience, is joining the firm’s Atlanta office as a partner.
A graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law, Hirsch brings a range of experience and clients that include both public and private companies. His practice at Nelson Mullins will focus on Real Estate Capital Markets, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Private Equity, General Counsel Services, Corporate Governance, Public Company Compliance and Counseling, and Securities Offerings.

Hirsch has extensive experience in public and private securities offerings for REITs, other real estate companies and investment management firms, corporate and securities compliance and corporate governance matters, employment matters and litigation related matters.
He regularly counsels executive teams and public company boards of directors and their committees on best practices. Hirsch has worked with investment management firms and private equity firms on various matters and has more than seven years of experience as a general counsel and chief legal officer for multiple private and public companies.
