Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has added two highly accomplished real estate finance attorneys to its growing Atlanta office. Joshua F. Reif and Aleksandra Strang have joined Polsinelli’s Real Estate Finance Practice Group as shareholders, continuing the firm’s growth in the Georgia capital and in one of the firm’s leading national practice areas. Both join Polsinelli from Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP where they were partners in the Real Estate Capital Markets and Corporate Leveraged Finance practices focused on commercial mortgage warehouse and repurchase financing facilities.

With a career spanning private practice and an in-house position in finance and capital markets, Reif has extensive experience representing lenders, borrowers, servicers, buyers and sellers in the financing, acquisition, development, disposition and leasing of all asset classes of commercial real estate and commercial mortgage loans. He also represents bank and nonbank lenders in the origination of commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans as well as market participants in the real estate capital markets. Reif received his J.D., cum laude from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law.

Strang has broad experience representing banks and other financial institutions in all aspects of
commercial real estate lending, with particular experience in CMBS originations and secondary market transactions, such as warehouse lending and note trading. In addition to her finance practice, she also maintains a traditional real estate practice focused on the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial properties. Strang received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
