Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli welcomes two accomplished corporate attorneys, Amanda Norcross and Suhail Seth, as shareholders to the firm’s national Corporate and Transactional Practice Group. “Amanda and Suhail are talented attorneys who bring great experience and an array of skills to our firm,” said Polsinelli Corporate and Transactional Practice Chair Jonathan K. Henderson. “They add to our existing depth and experience as we continue our march to be the nation’s premier corporate and transactional law firm, especially serving the nation’s middle market.
