Seyfarth Adds Atlanta Partner Iryna Ivashchuk to its Expanding Real Estate Department

Seyfarth announced today the arrival of partner Iryna Ivashchuk to its Real Estate department in Atlanta. Ivashchuk was most recently a partner in the Business, Finance, and Tax team at law firm Berger Singerman in Miami.

Ivashchuk’s practice is focused on complex commercial real estate matters, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and loan transactions. She provides counsel to a global clientele, comprising public and private companies, developers, banks, family offices, celebrities, and entrepreneurs across a broad range of sectors and industries.

“Iryna is a terrific talent who is the ideal addition to help serve the high demand we are seeing from clients,” said Paul Mattingly, chair of Seyfarth’s Real Estate department. “She adds tremendous depth and energy to our national leasing and hospitality practices and enhances our service offerings to both entrepreneurial and industrial clients.”

Fluent in both Ukrainian and Russian with a working knowledge of Spanish, Ivashchuk has advised on cross-border deals throughout Europe and Latin America. She has won many accolades throughout her career, including top recognition from Florida Super Lawyers, The International M&A Advisor Awards, and The M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law and received a M.S. in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Ivashchuk earned a B.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of North Georgia.

“Iryna is a skilled transactional lawyer and a fantastic addition to our roster,” said Steven Kennedy, managing partner of Seyfarth’s Atlanta office. “Having spent significant time in Georgia, she is well-connected in the Atlanta business community and her Florida experience is critical to our clients who operate throughout the Southeast.”

Ivashchuk is the latest partner to join Seyfarth’s growing Real Estate department following the recent additions of Michael Fein and Jeffrey Lampiasi in New York, and Ian Taylor in Seattle.
