FisherBroyles, LLP (“FisherBroyles”) is pleased to announce the addition of partner Edgar Smith to its Atlanta office. Smith is a practiced commercial litigator with extensive experience representing businesses and individuals throughout Georgia and the southeastern United States. His practice focuses in admiralty, creditors’ rights, real estate, and general business litigation.
A native of Plains, Georgia, Smith is a 2006 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where he earned his J.D. with cum laude honors. While at the University of Georgia, he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Gridiron. In 2001, Smith received his B.B.A. in Marketing from Georgia Southern University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Smith currently resides with his family in Savannah, Georgia, where he practices with fellow FisherBroyles partner, Bates Lovett.
