Womble Bond Dickinson announced today that Elizabeth J. Campbell has joined the firm as a partner in the Business Litigation group. Campbell has extensive experience representing corporations, partnerships, and individuals in business disputes across multiple jurisdictions. She joins Womble from Locke Lord, where she was a member of that firm’s board of directors and served as the litigation coordinator for the southeast.

Campbell has litigated cases involving fraud, RICO, breach of contract, partnership dissolutions, unfair business practices, trade secrets and restrictive covenants, technology disputes, and real estate disputes. She advises clients on life settlement matters, complex insurance coverage issues, excess liability and bad faith claims, and reinsurance.
Campbell received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and B.A. from Furman University.
