The international law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP announced that Ronald G. Skloss has joined its Austin office as shareholder in the Corporate & Securities Practice. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Skloss was an equity partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP and Andrews Kurth LLP.
“We are very excited that Ronnie has decided to join us at the firm. Ronnie has a wide range of experience in many different industries
and sectors, including information technology, software, semi-conductors and internet content and services. Both our clients and our firm will benefit greatly from his addition,” said Darrell Windham, co-managing shareholder of the Austin office and chair of the Texas Corporate & Securities Practice.
In addition to his law practice, Skloss co-owns a commercial vegetable farm where he develops and implements biological and sustainable farming techniques to enhance quality and yields while reducing reliance on inorganic fertility inputs and pesticides.
