Former Texas Supreme Court Justice Dale Wainwright has joined Bracewell & Giuliani’s Austin office as a partner.  He brings more than 10 years of experience on the bench and extensive prior experience as a litigator to the firm’s appellate practice.

“We are very pleased to welcome Justice Wainwright to the firm,” said Bracewell’s Managing Partner Mark C. Roberts. “He will be a tremendous asset to our appellate practice as well as to the entire Austin office.”

Wainwright is a graduate of  the University of Chicago Law School and Howard University.
