Ms. Gonzalez is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She has defended employers through litigation and jury trials in state and federal courts and administrative investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Texas Workforce Commission, and Department of Labor. Ms. Gonzalez has experience offering consultation to employers on employment decisions, policies, and contracts, as well as workplace investigations. She also has experience training management and human resource professionals on employment law matters.
