Christopher V. Ryan is an intellectual property litigator with a background in licensing and the enforcement of patents. He has litigated a number of IP cases in the areas of semiconductors, system software, firmware and enterprise business solutions. Chris has extensive experience in both the Eastern District of Texas and the Northern District of California – two of the most active patent courts.
Margaret J. Sampson’s practice is centered on intellectual property transactions and counseling. Margaret focuses on life sciences, research tools, medical devices and pharmaceuticals. She has particular expertise in patent portfolio assessment, IP investment structuring, inbound and outbound licensing, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures involving valuable patent assets.
Stephen M. Hash is a seasoned patent litigator. His practice focuses primarily on life sciences, pharmaceuticals and disputes under the Hatch-Waxman Act. He has acted for clients in the areas of consumer drugs, agricultural and consumer products, medical devices, research tools and diagnostics. Stephen’s specific focus is on molecular biology and immunology.
