Rimon is pleased to welcome Craig Tanner, an experienced Employee Benefits and executive compensation attorney, as a Partner in the firm’s new Austin, TX office, the firm’s second office in Texas. Mr. Tanner joins the firm from Reed Smith LLP. Mr. Tanner will also work out of the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
Mr. Tanner works with his clients in designing and offering executive compensation and broad-based equity programs, including restricted stock units, stock options, profit interests, stock purchase rights, restricted stock, phantom stock, and stock appreciation rights, as well as retention, transaction and cash bonus programs.
Mr. Tanner advises his clients on all aspects of employment law; advises employers on the collection, transfer and protection of employee information in accordance with data privacy regulations; and advises clients on the employment-related issues which arise from M&A transactions.
The Austin office is the 39th office that Rimon has opened, and the second in Texas. The firm’s Houston office was opened last year.
