Recognized for her expertise in navigating multibillion-dollar transactions, Emily’s practice focuses on corporate governance, compliance, and capital markets activities. She provides strategic counsel to clients across various industries, including energy, oil and gas, power, and renewables.

Emily regularly advises clients on equity and debt offerings, high-yield transactions, and initial public offerings (IPOs). She represents underwriters, issuers, and special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) in both public and private transactions. Her practice also extends to mergers and acquisitions and private equity deals, where she delivers pragmatic solutions to address challenges and achieve strategic objectives.

Emily received her B.A. from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
