Sarah and Kathryn bring a tremendous wealth of experience in debt financings, providing representation to local, regional, and national banks, private lenders and borrowers including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and public and private companies.

Since joining the firm, Sarah and Kathryn have completed numerous transactions including representing Surge Private Equity in a successful refinancing of debt for its Amuze platform in partnership with Whitehorse Capital, and representing Woodforest National Bank, as administrative agent, sustainability agent, and lender in connection with a $75 million syndicated credit facility for affiliated fiber internet service providers, Novos Fiber and Prime Fiber.
