 Michael Malfettone has joined Locke Lord’s Austin office as Partner in the Firm’s Energy Practice Group. Malfettone will also build upon the Firm’s Renewable Energy Section, bringing experience in a wide range of corporate and financing transactions. Malfettone joins Locke Lord from Husch Blackwell LLP and will relocate to the Firm’s New York office in coming months.
