Baker Donelson Strengthens Corporate Practice With Addition of Charles Kassouf

Charles R. Kassouf has joined Baker Donelson as of counsel in the Firm’s Baltimore office and a member of the Corporate Group. He will leverage his experience in investment banking and finance to provide practical and professional advice to clients. Kassouf comes to the firm from Davis, Agnor, Rapaport & Skalny LLC.

With a practice focused on guiding individuals and business clients in business transactions, contract negotiations, and succession planning, Mr. Kassouf routinely advises on business formations and transformations, mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, asset sales, reorganizations, partner buyouts or exits, regulatory and corporate compliance, and private securities offerings. His previous experience includes work in financial publishing, investment banking, credit trading and analysis, and consulting.

Mr. Kassouf received his law degree from the New York Law School and his B.A. from New York University. A member of the American, Baltimore, and Maryland Bar Associations, he is recognized in Maryland Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star.” Mr. Kassouf is a member of the XPX Maryland, Inc. (Exit Planning Exchange), serves on the board of the Baltimore County Small Business Resource Center, and is a mentor for the Towson University StartUp Accelerator.
