International law firm Morgan Lewis has widened its scope in China by hiring Ingrid Zhu-Clark for a Beijing legal job, according to a press release.
Formerly the office managing partner at two other international law firms, Zhu-Clark joins the firm as a partner in the business and finance practice. She will be co-managing partner of the office in Beijing, one of several recent legal recruitments at the firm during the past few weeks.
“We are excited to continue our international expansion, particularly with respect to our energy capabilities,” chairman Francis M. Milone with Morgan Lewis said. “Ingrid and her team – paired with new colleagues soon to join us in Russia and Central Asia, our dynamic office in London, and our market-leading energy practice in the US – will be a terrific combination to serve our clients’ needs across the globe.”
Zhu-Clark brings a particular expertise in energy transactions for the oil and gas industry. Her client list includes energy companies from throughout the world.
A speaker of English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, German and Russian, Zhu-Clark is licensed to practice law in the U.S. and China.
