Cooley Expands Capital Markets Practice With Beijing Hire

Yilin Xu has joined Cooley as a capital markets partner based in the firm’s Beijing office. Xu arrives from Skadden, where he was a partner in the corporate group.

Xu focuses on Hong Kong and US listings, public company compliance and governance work, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate matters, concentrating in the technology, life sciences, consumer electronics, and food-and-beverage industries. Xu was listed as a Next Generation Partner for equity capital markets by The Legal 500 Greater China 2024.
