Davis Polk is advising Baidu, Inc. in connection with its $370 million acquisition of the online video business of PPS. The definitive agreement was signed on May 7, 2013. The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to close in the second quarter of 2013.

The notes, issued through its wholly-owned subsidiary, have received ratings from various credit rating agencies and are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
