Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel announced today that litigation attorney Terrance W. “T.W.” Anderson, Jr. has joined the firm as a partner in Boca Raton. He joins from Gray Robinson, where he was a shareholder.

Anderson’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. He has also represented clients in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and in cross-border disputes before the International Center for Dispute Resolution. Mr. Anderson’s litigation practice is largely devoted to banking and finance, real property, construction and corporate litigation, but also includes complex judgment enforcement.

He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law and a BS in business administration from the University of South Florida.
