Banking and finance attorney Jason DelMonico has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its Financial Services Practice Group. Mr. DelMonico, a well-known practitioner throughout the Northeast for nearly 20 years, will be based in the firm’s Boston office. Previously, he was a senior partner with Riemer & Braunstein.
Mr. DelMonico focuses his practice on advising major financial institutions and other commercial lenders in connection with structuring, negotiating and documenting complex commercial finance transactions in various industries, including retail, manufacturing, technology and life sciences. He has significant experience representing both agents and individual lenders in asset-based and cash-flow loan facilities, leveraged buyout transactions, multi-bank syndicated facilities, term loan facilities and debtor-in-possession financings. His practice regularly involves domestic and cross-border financing transactions in the North American, European and Asian markets.

Mr. DelMonico received a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. degree from Marist College.
