Holland & Knight continues to strengthen its leading Corporate, M&A and Securities Practice Group with the addition of Robert Giacchetti as a partner in its Boston office. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, he was a principal at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP.

Mr. Giacchetti has extensive experience representing private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a range of transactions, including platform acquisitions, add-ons and leveraged buyouts. He also regularly represents strategic buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Mr. Giacchetti represents clients in complex transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, education, healthcare and sports.

Mr. Giacchetti earned a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. degree from Boston College. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Texas.
