Leading High Tech Patent Attorney Frank Gerratana Joins Mintz

Mintz announced today that high technology patent attorney Frank Gerratana has joined the firm’s Intellectual Property Division in the Boston office as a Member. He was previously a Principal at the intellectual property boutique Fish & Richardson.

Mr. Gerratana’s practice focuses on helping inventors obtain patents in cutting-edge electrical and computer technologies such as cryptocurrency and blockchain systems, social media and Internet applications, autonomous vehicles, and medical tools and devices.​ He helps startups and established companies develop and manage their patent portfolios, including patent preparation and prosecution, due diligence, and general counseling.
