Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Esther Kelly as partner in its competition practice, based in Brussels. Kelly joins Ashurst from the Brussels office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
Esther advises clients on all aspects of European competition law including complex merger control, abuse of dominance and cartel matters. She has extensive experience on cases related to a wide variety of industries including technology, transport, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and financial services. Esther is a solicitor of the senior courts of England and Wales and a member of the Brussels Bar.
