Calgary (Canada) – Fasken welcomes Darren J. Reed, Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. Darren will be based in the Calgary office.

Darren has a solid track record as counsel in complex commercial matters. His practice focuses on commercial dispute resolution related to securities, cybersecurity, construction, product liability and class actions. Darren appears regularly before the courts as well as before the Alberta Securities Commission. He also has a significant degree of experience as lead and co-counsel in domestic arbitrations and mediation. Darren recently co-authored (along with Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Glen Poelman) the Lexis Nexis textbook, Civil Procedure and Practice in Alberta, 2020 Edition.
