The Charlotte office of global law firm K&L Gates LLP welcomes Randy J. Clark as a partner in the tax practice. He joins K&L Gates from Moore & Van Allen PLLC.
Mr. Clark focuses his practice on tax matters involved in acquisition, disposition, and restructuring and financing transactions, as well as on income tax planning for closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals. He advises both corporations and individual clients on the United States and international tax consequences of financings and investments, along with U.S. relocation and residency issues. In addition, Mr. Clark counsels on tax considerations related to affiliated group operations, tax attribute planning and preservation, and renewable energy transactions.
In addition to his career in private legal practice, Mr. Clark also has experience at several of the Big Four accounting firms.
