Mr. Cominos is the sixth partner to join the firm in Chicago and the third M&A partner added there since the office opened in May 2019. Additionally, Cristina Audran-Proca has joined Eversheds Sutherland in the Paris office as counsel. Mr. Cominos, who joins from Faegre Drinker, advises domestic and international clients on complex M&A, private equity, venture capital, corporate commercial, commercial real estate and debt-finance transactions.
