Faegre Drinker announced today that Ali Olszeski has joined Faegre Drinker’s litigation group as a partner. Based in the Midwest, Olszeski joins from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP where she was a partner.
Olszeski advises clients on their most challenging pre-litigation disputes and leads internal investigations. With clients spanning a range of industries — including private equity, technology, food and agribusiness, communications, construction, and transportation — Olszeski’s deep industry knowledge allows her to craft tailored legal strategies aligning with clients’ business objectives.
Olszeski is known for building and leading diverse, cross-office teams to meet clients’ needs. She has a history of success in complex commercial cases of all types, most recently involving claims of breach of contract, fraud, defamation, tortious interference, alter ego liability, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of representations and warranties, breach of the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act, breach of Illinois privacy laws, negligence, and negligent misrepresentations.
