Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Martin R. Martos, II in Chicago as a partner in the Litigation Department. Prior to joining Fox, Martos was a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Martos’ practice focuses on high-stakes civil cases and appeals—with deep experience in class actions, mass actions, multidistrict litigation, and complex settlements. His practice includes cases involving complex commercial disputes, environmental claims, oil spills, plastics, pharmaceuticals, consumer protection, private standards organizations, products liability, and insurance coverage. He excels at helping clients facing significant exposure overcome complicated legal risks by providing insightful counsel that anticipates procedural challenges and strategizes favorable resolutions to protracted litigation.

He earned his J.D. from the Yale Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
