Henderson Law LLP is pleased to announce that it will move its financial services practice to Greenberg Traurig, LLP effective February 1, 2015. Greenberg Traurig has offices throughout the United States and in various overseas locations, including London, Shanghai and Tel Aviv. We will lead Greenberg Traurig’s futures and derivatives practice and will be actively involved in its securities practice. We are excited about the opportunities this will provide. Clients can expect the same high-quality, experienced, focused, and efficient representation that they have received over the past twenty-five years.
We have been approached by numerous firms over the last several years to consider moving our financial services practice. Until very recently, we believed that maintaining our current practice best served our clients. After careful consideration and meeting with many of their attorneys, we have decided that joining Greenberg Traurig would be best for our current and future clients. This move will enable us to substantially expand our range of services.
The transition will be completely seamless, and our clients will experience no gap in services. Members of our staff, with whom you have dealt over the years, will be accompanying us.
