Winston & Strawn LLP is pleased to announce Jeffrey Dobosh has returned to the firm as a partner in the Chicago office. He was previously with Winston for more than 10 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President & General Counsel for Winston client MacLean-Fogg Company.
“We’re excited to welcome Jeff back to the firm,” said Tom Fitzgerald, Winston’s chairman. “Jeff’s experience in-house, along with his time at a Big Four accounting firm, provides insights into our corporate and finance clients’ businesses and creates new opportunities.”
“Jeff was instrumental in creating and optimizing the operating structures of several of our finance practice clients,” said Dom DeChiara, chair of the firm’s Transactions Department. “We anticipate he will step back into many of these relationships with ease. His tax background and familiarity with financial modeling are a tremendous advantage for the firm in dealing with pass-through entities and with tax driven transactions.”
