Latham & Watkins Expands Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices in Chicago

Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that Nathan Davis has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Corporate Department and member of Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices. Davis advises on top-tier private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Davis joins Latham from Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago.
