Lathrop & Gage today announced that Bryan E. Minier has joined its Banking & Creditors Rights Litigation practice team as a Partner in Chicago.
“The firm continues to focus on strategic growth in Chicago and we’re very excited to welcome Bryan to the firm,” said Sue Charles, Partner in Charge of the firm’s Chicago location. “Bryan’s range of experience adds depth to our office and further builds our firm’s national banking practice.”
Minier concentrates his practice on corporate reorganizations, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy, and also advises clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters. He frequently counsels clients in cases related to chapter 11 reorganizations and chapter 7 liquidations as well as a range of other matters.
Previously a Partner with Pedersen & Houpt, Minier brings a breadth of experience from multiple practice areas including Workout and Restructuring, Bankruptcy, and Business and Commercial Litigation. Minier obtained his juris doctor from Tulane University School of Law.
