Taft Stettinius & Hollister is pleased to announce that Carrie A. Hall has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a partner in the Litigation group. The Chicago office has added 13 attorneys so far this year.
Hall represents top-tier global and U.S. clients in commercial disputes and consumer litigation matters in the financial services and telecommunications industries. She is known for her no-nonsense practical legal counsel that preserves and protects her clients’ business interests.
Hall has done extensive pre-litigation and risk assessment counseling for her clients. She has successfully defended clients in both commercial disputes and consumer-related litigation, including class actions. She also has experience in matters involving fraud, deceptive trade practices, unfair competition and trade secrets theft.

Hall received her J.D., with honors, from DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the DePaul Law Review and Order of the Coif, and her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has been recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers as a “Rising Star.”
