“Beth’s extensive experience working on large international leveraged finance transactions for both borrowers and lenders, with a particular focus on bifurcated ABL financings, will help us continue to expand our leveraged finance and ABL offerings,” said Paul Jorissen, co-leader of Mayer Brown’s global Banking & Finance practice. “We look forward to drawing from her tremendous knowledge to advise our clients in Chicago and around the world that are taking on challenging transactions.”

Ms. Vogel has considerable experience representing lenders, borrowers and private credit funds in a variety of transactional and commercial financing-related matters.
