King & Spalding today announced that Darren Gardner, Amanda Sonneborn and Dominic Hodson join the firm as partners in the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Gardner and Hodson will be based in the firm’s San Francisco office, and Sonneborn will split her time between its offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. Gardner, Sonneborn and Hodson, who join from Seyfarth Shaw, will anchor the firm’s new Global Human Capital and Compliance practice.

In addition to holding senior law firm positions as a health law practitioner, Garrigues most recently has been chief legal officer and executive vice president of 21st Century Oncology, an international cancer care provider.

Ms. Dawson brings to Lewis Brisbois two decades of experience in international insurance law coverage and litigation, as well as claims management, particularly in the London market. She also has extensive in-house experience, which included responsibility for information security matters.
