Polsinelli announced today that real estate finance attorney Adam Brown joined its Chicago office as a shareholder.
Serving clients that range from nascent funds and boutique investors to institutional lenders, Brown offers value-adding counsel to help develop and implement sophisticated transactions in a highly competitive marketplace. His experience includes all areas of commercial real estate finance, including the origination, acquisition and disposition of balance sheet, securitized, syndicated, mezzanine, preferred equity, and corporate loans secured by real estate projects across all asset types.
