Polsinelli welcomes banking and finance attorney Vivek Bhatt to its Chicago office as a shareholder in the Capital Markets practice.
Bhatt focuses his practice on structured finance and asset-based securitizations. He regularly assists clients in complex lending transactions, partnering with clients to efficiently and effectively structure, negotiate and document their finance transactions to achieve their desired outcome.

Attorneys in Polsinelli’s Capital Markets practice have national experience in structuring, securitizing and servicing commercial loans and other assets, including in connection with commercial mortgage backed securitizations, collateralized debt obligations and other asset backed securitization transactions. Since 1998, Polsinelli attorneys have represented banks, underwriters, issuers, loan originators, loan sellers, conduits, master and special servicers, and investors covering virtually every asset class in structured finance, securitization and secondary market transactions.

Bhatt holds his J.D. from Whittier Law School – California, where he was class valedictorian. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
