Polsinelli Strengthens Offerings for Real Estate and Health Care Clients with New Financial Services Attorney

Polsinelli welcomes shareholder Jason Kaplan to its Chicago office, where he joins the national Financial Services practice. Kaplan counsels institutional lenders on all aspects of commercial lending, with a particular emphasis on real estate finance within the health care industry, including senior housing, medical office and related asset classes, equipment finance and corporate aircraft.

Kaplan focuses his practice on a broad scope of commercial finance transactions, including the representation of institutional lenders, lessors, developers and entrepreneurs. He also represents owners and operators in the acquisition and development of senior housing projects in the health care industry.

Kaplan is a graduate of the University of Texas where he received a Bachelor’s of Business Management degree in Finance. He obtained his J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law.
